The location of the hotel is fantastic, with Kiki's restaurant right in front of the beach, offering stunning views. It is also close to the most beautiful beach, where you can enjoy soft, white sands and clear waters. the rooms are basic but clean, with no bugs or ants. the staff is friendly and quick to fix any issues, like when the shower needed repair. the main bar is a great place to meet new people and the bartenders are friendly and efficient.
The food options at the hotel could be improved. There were times when there was a lack of certain items, like butter and eggs.

Spent New Year's at this hotel. the beach was stunning, crystal clear waters perfect for snorkeling and water sports. the location was very convenient for shopping and dining. We loved the variety of food available and the friendly staff. the nightly entertainment and animation were top-notch as well.
The accommodations could use some updating, there were issues with the bathroom and the cleaning standards were not up to par. the noise level at night was a bit too much for us.

I recently had a great stay at a hotel located right on the most beautiful beach in Varadero. The location was perfect, allowing for easy access to the beach and stunning views from the balconies of the rooms. Speaking of the rooms, mine was in Cuban style with a queen-sized bed, situated on level 2. It was simple but comfortable, providing everything I needed for a pleasant stay. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any needs or requests. I also enjoyed the breakfast, which offered a variety of options including delicious omelettes.
No significant improvements needed.

The location of the hotel was fantastic! It was right in the heart of the city, making it convenient to explore and enjoy all the local attractions. the beach was absolutely stunning and just steps away from the hotel. It was the perfect place to relax and soak up the sun.
There were several aspects of my stay that I did not enjoy. The pool area was dirty and there were garbage scattered around the beach.
